Job Overview:We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to support our compensation team during a critical period. This role will focus on conducting market analyses, supporting pay planning initiatives, and managing compensation-related projects. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Support the annual pay planning processes, including data validation and reporting
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of compensation recommendations and salary structures
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure consistent and equitable pay decisions
- Manage and track project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule
- Provide support for various compensation projects
- Ensure data integrity in compensation systems and generate compensation reports as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related HR role
- Demonstrated experience with market analytics and compensation surveys (e.g., Mercer, Radford, WTW)
- Experience supporting pay planning processes, including merit or incentive cycles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a structured timeframe
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with HRIS and compensation systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a corporate compensation environment
- Familiarity with pay transparency and compliance best practices
Compensation:
- $40-50/hr (W2)
