Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Actively pursue leads through calling, referrals, networking, and community involvement
- Stay in compliance with licensing requirements and company policies
- Respond to policyholder questions, concerns, and requests in a timely, professional manner
- Assist with policy changes, renewals, and support as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in insurance sales, business development, or team leadership
- Active insurance licenses (Life & Health, Property & Casualty) or willingness to obtain
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing a business
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
