Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Speech-Language Pathologists are needed for a rewarding contract opportunity working within school environments near Palm Beach Gardens, FL. These on-site-only roles span multiple campuses, supporting elementary through high school students across different locations. The assignment is scheduled from June 10, 2026, through July 16, 2026, providing vital speech and language services during the summer session.
Ideal candidates will have experience in school-based speech-language pathology, and a commitment to excellence in student care. Multiple schedules are available, with part-time hours ranging from 22 to 26 hours per week. Whether you prefer working with elementary, secondary, or PreK–12 students, placements are available to match your specific interests.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Florida SLP license from the Department of Health (SLP-CCC required)
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to different age groups
- Completion of Florida school fingerprinting requirements, or documentation through the AHCA Clearinghouse if previously cleared
- Successful completion of an eligibility and internal video interview
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct therapy and support services according to student needs
- Document student progress and communicate with families and school staff
- Work Monday through Thursday according to the designated hours per site
