Our client is seeking a Residential Design Build Project Manager to oversee the execution of large-scale residential builds from start to finish. Collaborating closely with design and construction crews, you will bring clients' outdoor visions to life while enjoying a well-balanced 60/40 field-to-office split.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple large-scale residential landscape projects from initial kickoff through final completion.
  • Ensure that all quality standards, financial targets, schedule deadlines, and client satisfaction goals are consistently met.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities and conduct accurate field layouts, while also overseeing material ordering and delivery schedules to the job sites.
  • Control project budgets, crew organization, and day-to-day scheduling.
  • Cultivate strong, positive relationships with clients, proactively addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Lead, train, and mentor Foremen and Crew Leaders, while actively managing and enforcing job-site safety programs.


Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and building mid-to-high-end residential landscape projects.
  • A demonstrated track record of successfully delivering construction projects.
  • Strong ability to read blueprints and visualize efficient construction methods, alongside the ability to utilize creative means to achieve desired results.
  • Hands-on competence in operating power equipment, including skid steers and Dingos.
  • Experience handling project estimating (including change orders and small project requests), as well as the ability to execute material takeoffs from the field.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively act as a liaison between designers, property owners, and field staff.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly preferred (though not required), along with a team-player mentality and a willingness to learn and grow.


Compensation & Benefits

  • $70,000 - $80,000 depending on experience + performance bonus
