What You’ll Do

  • Guide customers through the vehicle selection process, presenting features, options, and Cadillac brand value
  • Conduct professional and safe test drives
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of features, warranties, and service expectations
  • Present financing and protection products in alignment with dealership processes
  • Maintain accurate and complete sales documentation
  • Stay up to date on inventory, incentives, financing programs, and product knowledge
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Basic computer and internet proficiency
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Prior sales experience (automotive or retail) preferred, but not required
