ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals for the 2026–2027 school year in Norco, CA. In this role, you will work closely with students in educational or clinical settings, providing essential support to help foster a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment.

Job Title: Paraprofessionals – 2026/2027 School Year

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
(Must be available to work a full shift)

Starting Pay: $22/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with daily activities, instruction, and behavioral needs
• Assist teachers or clinicians with implementing lesson plans or treatment goals
• Provide one-on-one and small group support
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment
• Follow established protocols and communicate effectively with staff

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children in a school or clinical setting
• Preferred (Not Required):
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification
• First Aid certification
• Bilingual skills
