Are you passionate about working with kids and making a difference in their summer experience? We're looking for enthusiastic and responsible Group Leaders to join our team for an exciting and rewarding summer program!

Position: Group Leader
Location: P.S.54
Duration: July 2,2025 - August 15, 2025
Hours:
Monday - Thursday : 12:00pm- 6:00pm
Friday’s ONLY : 8:00am - 6:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a group of children between the ages of 5 years -10 years old in daily activities and outdoor events.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

• Plan and execute age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts.

• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children.

• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other group leaders.

• Assist with managing group behavior and resolving conflicts in a positive manner.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least [18 or older].

• Experience working with children is preferred but not required.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• A positive attitude and a passion for creating a fun and safe environment for kids.

Compensation
