Caseload: elementary students
Pay: Competitive pay starting at $40/hr

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated School Counselor to provide support and guidance to elementary, middle, or high school students in Prospect Park, Pennsylvania. The counselor will work closely with students, teachers, and families to address academic, social, and emotional needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide academic and career counseling to early intervention students
Assist students with college and career planning
Offer social-emotional support, including crisis intervention and conflict resolution
Develop and implement student support programs
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to enhance student success
Maintain student records and ensure compliance with state and school guidelines

Requirements:

Active School Counselor Certification/Licensure in New Mexico
Experience working with K-5 students preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
