American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL), a division of Globe Life, provides supplemental insurance programs to members of affinity groups such as Labor Unions, Credit Unions, Associations, School Districts and Community Organizations. Creating a professional relationship and connection with the group’s leadership is where our focus is. Our goal is to build trust through integrity and consistent, professional communication.
This is a full-time position with a base salary, full benefits package and unlimited bonus potential.
Responsibilities include:
· Selling the Company’s brand and marketing programs
· Maintain and foster professional relationships through in-person marketing to various affinity groups, new and pre-existing
· Schedule meetings with Presidents, CEO’s or Senior Level team members; professional communication skills are a must

· Strong verbal communication skills
· Ability to multitask, problem-solve and work independently
· Capacity to develop immediate rapport, cultivate relationships and overcome objections
