Job DescriptionEssential Functions
Respond to all customer inquiries, questions, and RFQ’s
Develop system for following up on quotes to identify likelihood of order
Understand customers’ needs and communicate to production team to ensure satisfaction
Setup and host customer and vendor visits via video, and/or in person
Daily meeting with production manager, operations manager, engineering to review any open quotes and/or
order fulfillment concerns
Enter quotes and sales orders into ERP system (ProfitKey®), ensuring accuracy
Maintain major sales analysis spreadsheets, open quote log, and any custom report as requested
Prepare weekly posts for social media sites (LinkedIn etc.)
Attend trade shows as requested (US Locations)
Maintain database integrity within ProfitKey® ERP Software
Maintain a database of current and potential customers with CRM
Review technical drawings for manufacturability with the support of engineering as needed
Prepare customer reports and access customer portals as needed.
Education
- Associate’s degree in business administration, applied science or engineering
Experience Details
- Manufacturing technical sales support and/or officer administrator role – 1 year preferred
- Customer service experience
- High working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, TEAMS, and other Office suite applicationsHuman Resources (HR) Administration, Onboarding
