The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing front desk activities and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and attentive manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently while providing accurate information.
• Maintain the reception area by keeping it tidy and organized at all times.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including distributing correspondence to the appropriate departments.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments or meetings as required.
• Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication across departments.
• Provide support to staff and leadership with various clerical needs.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary to ensure proper inventory levels.
• Uphold confidentiality and security of sensitive information while performing duties.• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with visitors and staff.
• Proficiency in using office software, including word processing and scheduling tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented demeanor and appearance suitable for a front desk role.
