Qualifications and Requirements:
- MD or DO degree.
- Valid and unrestricted state medical license.
- Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain one.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in OB/GYN (ABOG, AOBOG).
- Board certification must be achieved within 5 years of eligibility.
- BLS certification required.
