We're a general contractor based in D.C., and we're on the lookout for folks who know their way around multifamily or commercial construction. Whether it's ground-up builds or major renovations, we've got some awesome projects in the pipeline and need talented people to help bring them to life.
We're hiring for full-time, permanent roles with solid benefits. If you've got experience managing multifamily or commercial projects, keeping crews on track, and making sure things get done then we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Running the show from precon to closeout
- Managing budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and all the behind-the-scenes magic
- Coordinating with superintendents, subs, clients, and design teams
- Leading OAC meetings and keeping everyone aligned
- Making sure quality stays high and surprises stay low
Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction experience (multifamily preferred)
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or similar-or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Someone who's proactive, detail-oriented, and a natural leader
