Position Overview


The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within an organization. This role supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of HR strategies aligned with the companys vision and objectives. The HR Manager develops policies, manages HR programs, and ensures legal compliance while fostering a positive and productive work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee performance management, employee development, and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Address employee relations issues, such as grievances, disciplinary procedures, and workplace conflict resolution.
  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics as needed.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs.
  • Guide and mentor HR staff where applicable.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and positive employee engagement.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR management or generalist role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
