Bridgemark, Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Fee-for-Service Counselor to facilitate group sessions for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) as well as residential and outpatient clients. This flexible, part-time opportunity is ideal for licensed professionals looking to contribute to meaningful client care while maintaining schedule flexibility. Compensation is provided per completed session.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct 3-hour IOP group sessions and 60-minute clinical groups for residential and/or outpatient clients. Facilitate evidence-based psychoeducational and therapeutic group sessions. Accurately and promptly document all services in the electronic health record (EHR). Collaborate with clinical supervisors and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated client care. Maintain compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards. Promote a trauma-informed, culturally competent, and recovery-oriented group environment.
Qualifications:
Active Rhode Island license required (LCDP, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
Experience in substance use treatment or behavioral health preferred
Strong group facilitation and documentation skills
Familiarity with ASAM criteria and 42 CFR Part 2

Competitive per-session rates:
3-hour IOP group sessions
60-minute group sessions (residential and/or outpatient)
Schedule:
- Weekday evenings: Availability between 5:30 PM 9:30 PM
- Weekends: Availability for Saturday IOP and groups, and Sunday group sessions
