Seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to provide 1:1 support for pediatric students in a school setting located in Land O Lakes, FL. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the educational experience of children requiring individualized assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs, fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
• Assist with academic instruction, behavior management, and personal care as needed throughout the school day
• Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families to develop and implement personalized learning plans
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the educational team to ensure ongoing support and success
