Our real estate & property management team is growing, and we’re in need of a full-time real estate accountant! You’ll keep our financial records organized by reviewing accounts payable and receivable and preparing detailed account reconciliations.

Compensation:
$55,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Record financial transactions and maintain general ledger accounts
- Assist with month- and year-end closing processes
- Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts to ensure accuracy
- Support the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports
- Help monitor and analyze accounting data to identify discrepancies or trends
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and compliance
- Perform administrative tasks and support special projects as assigned, such as Accounts Payable.
Qualifications:
- A background in accounting or finance is valuable, but not required
- Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software, such as Quickbooks
- Solid written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Experience in real estate industry preferred
