Pacesetter Personnel Services is hiring a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative in Brookshire, TX 77423.

1st Shift:

Tuesday-Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., hours may vary.

Pay Rate:

$16.00 an hour. We pay weekly.

Job Description:

Driver interaction via phone calls and system messaging.
Building and maintaining a positive attitude.
Effective communication and planning in order to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Ability to efficiently assign loads to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for driver load monitoring, including resolving any issues affecting the scheduled times for pickup or delivery, while proactively communicating to the affected customers.

Requirements:

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
