Schedule:
- 36 hours per week
- Rotating shifts
- Consecutive weekend coverage as needed
Qualifications:
- Active Hawaii RN License (must be obtained prior to start)
- Recent experience in an Emergency Department setting
- Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment skills
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure and unpredictable situations
- Adaptability and collaborative mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on care to patients in an emergency/trauma setting
- Perform patient assessment, triage, and implement interventions promptly
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to create and follow care plans
- Administer medications, monitor equipment, and respond to changing patient needs
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff
