• Verify and prepare payroll documentation for audits or reporting purposes.

• Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
• At least 1+ years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing.
• Working knowledge of union payroll practices and certified payroll reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with certified payroll processes and prevailing wage requirements.
• Experience using payroll software for payroll management.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations in New Jersey.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and resolve payroll-related issues.
