  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons based on the Abeka curriculum.

  • Differentiate instruction to meet the developmental needs of individual students.

  • Incorporate hands-on activities, creative play, and structured routines that support academic and social growth.

  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to families and administration.

• Classroom Management

  • Establish and maintain a safe, orderly, and positive classroom environment.

  • Implement age-appropriate discipline and guidance strategies consistent with Christian values.

  • Foster independence, responsibility, and respect among students
