  • WHAT YOU'LL DO:Follow product/supply checklists to ensure customer jobs are complete and suggest helpful add-ons
  • Take orders by phone and in person, process payments, and keep accounts up to date
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to coordinate pickups and track deliveries
  • Monitor inventory and reorder stock as needed to keep our shelves full
  • Resolve service concerns quickly and professionally
