Schedule / Hours:
- 8-hour day shifts
- Some on-call responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist surgical teams in preparation, execution, and post-operative care of patients
- Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols in the OR
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to emergencies during procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately and timely
Desired Experience / Qualifications:
- Active RN license with operating room nursing experience
- Proficiency in perioperative nursing standards and protocols
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced surgical setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
