Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. We are dedicated to providing superior and personal customer service, and we’re looking for a positive, outgoing, and friendly professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through follow-up, courtesy calls, and client communications.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and internal processes.
- Process and track internal packets and checklists.
- Support sales, technical, shipping, and administrative departments to coordinate orders and client scheduling.
- Work with outside vendors and companies when needed.
- Assist with various projects and administrative support tasks.
- Identify and escalate urgent situations to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative coordination.
- Strong communication and professional phone skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Retail or technology industry experience is a plus.
