Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. We are dedicated to providing superior and personal customer service, and we’re looking for a positive, outgoing, and friendly professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through follow-up, courtesy calls, and client communications.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and internal processes.
  • Process and track internal packets and checklists.
  • Support sales, technical, shipping, and administrative departments to coordinate orders and client scheduling.
  • Work with outside vendors and companies when needed.
  • Assist with various projects and administrative support tasks.
  • Identify and escalate urgent situations to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative coordination.
  • Strong communication and professional phone skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Retail or technology industry experience is a plus.
