Our team is growing, and we’re looking for our next problem-solving plumber. We’re looking for an experienced and licensed plumber to help our growing book of customers. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, replacing, and repairing a variety of plumbing work orders. You’re familiar with interpreting blueprints and making sure every job you complete meets building codes. If this sounds promising, apply today!
Compensation:
$35 - $45 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Identify and fix plumbing problems, including component replacement and installation
- Certify newly installed components properly function
- Present customers with a total for the plumbing services, repairs, and installation
- Complete preventative maintenance for customers
- Enter completed projects and the parts used into database
- Lead, support, and manage plumbing crews to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards
- Work closely with office staff on scheduling, dispatching, job flow, and communication
- Assist with sales efforts, job estimates, and customer follow-up when needed
- Monitor daily operations, productivity, and job performance
Qualifications:
- Physically able to lift 50lbs, work in tight spaces, crawl, and great physical dexterity
- Certification from a plumbing program at a technical or trade school
- Provide outstanding communication to a diverse group of customers and a good problem-solver
- This position requires 1+ years of apprenticeship in the field with a master plumber
- Applicant must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with technicians, office staff, and customers
