We are seeking a Process and Quality Manager to join the team in Florida. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building and strengthening a process-driven manufacturing and quality environment, with direct impact on plant performance and long-term operational excellence.
What You'll Do as the Process and Quality Manager:
- Lead process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations, including molding, finishing, and assembly
- Develop and implement standardized processes, control plans, and quality systems aligned with ISO 9001 principles
- Shift the organization from inspection-based quality to process-driven execution
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions using tools like 8D, DMAIC, FMEA, and SPC
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and supply chain to improve performance and reduce variability
- Establish and maintain quality management systems that are practical, scalable, and used on the floor
- Analyze production and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Support customer and supplier quality initiatives, including audits and performance reviews
- Coach and develop teams on process discipline, quality fundamentals, and continuous improvement
Must-Haves as the Process and Quality Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing quality, process engineering, or operational excellence
- Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 systems implementation or management
- Background in process-driven manufacturing environments
- Experience in injection molding or plastics manufacturing
- Proven ability to lead change and implement systems in an established operation
Nice-to-Haves as the Process and Quality Manager:
- Experience modernizing or improving legacy manufacturing operations
