1) Oversee day to day operations of claims adjusters. 2) Conduct regular reviews on open claim files. 3) Ensure claim files are properly reserved with 45 days of receipt. 4) Other supervisory responsibilities.
Need to have Workers Comp adjuster experience with either team lead, management or supervisory experience.
Supervise a team of 10 adjusters.
Can come from the carrier side, TPA, Self Insured, Reinsurance of a mix
