Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive dining experience. This is a fast-paced environment that offers opportunities for growth and development.
Requeried Schedule availability 09am to 6 pm Monday To Friday, rotating weekends.
Duties:
- Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with stocking inventory and restocking supplies as needed
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in food preparation or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is a plus
- Culinary training or certification is a bonus
