Local insulation material wholesaler in Buffalo, NY is looking for a warehouse associate to join their team!!
1st shift hours - 7am-3:30pm + OT
Pay starts at $20/hr+ depending on experience

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including inventory management, order picking & packing, shipping & receiving
- Experience with warehouse supervision or team leadership is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment and safety standards (OSHA compliance)
- Prior work in construction environments is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and order fulfillment processes
JOB DUTIES:
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of materials with heavy lifting techniques
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with precision to meet fulfillment deadlines
- Assist in shipping & receiving processes, including documentation and inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize materials to optimize warehouse space and accessibility
- Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards and mechanical procedures during all operations
- Support warehouse distribution activities by participating in construction or manufacturing-related tasks as needed
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols
