Job Summary: The Program Associate will support the build and BlueBin's inventory two-bin system within healthcare setting. This is ideal for someone looking to learn about supply chain processes, healthcare systems, and lean principles. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, a team player and possess strong communication skills.


Position Start Date: April 1, 2026

Position End Date: June 30, 2026

Job Type: Full-Time, Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rack Assembly and Installation: Assemble and install racks and hardware accurately according to SOPs.
  • Labeling and Inventory Management: Ensure accurate labeling and efficient bin fitting for inventory.
  • System Implementation and Support: Assist with system installations and provide post-installation support and training.
  • Support and Maintenance: Participate in monitoring inventory levels and reporting needs for replenishment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teammates and support a cooperative work environment. Communicate effectively, providing relevant and timely information to teammates.


Qualifications:

The minimum qualifications listed below (along with education/experience) are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to perform this job successfully.     • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
    • Previous experience in inventory management or supply chain operations is a plus.
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
    • Ability to work as part of a team.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Willingness to learn and apply Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Able to stand and sit for extended periods of time, crouch, push/pull, and lift up to 35lbs

Time Tracking:

All hourly associates will be required to use BambooHR to record their hours worked. It is the associates responsible to ensure their Bamboo Timesheet reflects time worked.

  • BambooHR can be accessed via mobile app (via smartphone) or website (via BB laptop).
  • Associates will clock in when they begin work and clock out when they are done for the day. Associates will also clock in/out for lunch.
  • Although time punches can be manually record, please refrain from using this method unless absolutely necessary.
  • Overtime hours will not be approved unless, preapproved by leadership. If you expect to work overtime, please contact your Senior PM/Director or HR.
  • Please know that the Bamboo Time Clock does use geolocation associates clock in/out. If you forget to clock out before leaving the facility, report the mistake to your supervisor or HR.
  • At the end of each pay period, your supervisor will review and approve your timesheet. Supervisors and HR are the only people who are able to edit timesheets. However, once the timesheets are approved, no further changes can be made.
