Job Title: QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Person)
Location: The Retreat at Sunny Vista Assisted Living
Schedule: PRN | Days - 12 Hours Shifts, Including Saturdays

Your Role in Our Community
As a QMAP, you play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents.
You will:
Administer medications accurately and in compliance with state regulations
Monitor residents for side effects or changes in condition
Maintain clear and accurate documentation
Communicate effectively with nursing staff and leadership
Support residents with kindness, patience, and respect
Assist with daily living needs as required

What We’re Looking For:
Current QMAP certification (required)
Experience in assisted living or senior care - preferred
Detail-oriented and dependable
Warm, compassionate, and resident-focused
Strong communication and teamwork skills

If the position applied to is not located in Colorado, the following information may not apply. Pay Range Minimum: $22.28 per hour; Maximum:$25.30 per hour.
