Clinic Setting: Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practice.
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing patient-centered care across a variety of clinical settings, including outpatient, inpatient, hospital, and home health environments.
In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.

Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.

Treat a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, geriatric, and pediatric patients.

Coordinate discharge planning and transitional care to ensure continuity of treatment.

Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems.

Educate patients and families on rehabilitation programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care.

Stay current with industry best practices and participate in continuing education opportunities.
QualificationsRequired
-
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of California.

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based physical therapy practices.

Experience developing and implementing individualized care plans.

Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Monday through Thursday only
• Approximately 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• No weekends
• No on-call responsibilities
• Consistent three-day weekends every week
