We’re seeking a detail-oriented CNC Operator to support our growing manufacturing team. If you have experience with CNC equipment, a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

This role starts at $19.50–$21.50/hour based on experience, with clear opportunities for performance-based raises and internal growth.

About the Role

Operate CNC machinery to produce high-quality wood components
-
Read blueprints and work orders to determine specifications
-
Monitor and adjust machine settings for accuracy

Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Key Qualifications

Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment

Ability to read technical drawings and measurements

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Comfortable working on your feet in a production setting

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
