Job DescriptionMachine Operator Assistant – Weekend Shift
Schedule: Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Paid for 40 hours when 36 scheduled hours are completed
About the Role
We’re seeking a dependable and driven Machine Operator Assistant to join our weekend production team. This is a physically active, hands-on role ideal for individuals who take pride in safety, precision, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation of industrial production equipment while maintaining strict safety and quality standards
- Support production flow through consistent material handling and machine support
- Accurately read and use measuring tools such as tape measures
- Perform repetitive lifting and physical tasks throughout the shift
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality, especially for weekend schedules
- Communicate and work effectively within a team-oriented environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of forklift experience, specifically sit-down forklifts
- Proven ability to work safely in confined or high-traffic areas
- Strong material handling and load control skills
- Ability to move efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and safety awareness
- Comfort working around large-scale, heavy machinery
Additional Qualifications
- Basic math skills and ability to read measurements accurately
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a drug screening and physical capability assessment
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Renton, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.30 - $24.30/hr.
