Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time, onsite Occupational Therapist is needed from December through June to cover two Occupational Therapy leaves in a school setting located in Naperville, IL. This contract position requires dedication to supporting students from early childhood through grade 8 and collaborating with educational teams to enhance student outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting educational assessments and developing individualized educational programs (IEPs)
• Working directly with students who have varying types and levels of disabilities
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
• Participating in staff development and professional growth opportunities
• Traveling between school district buildings and attending professional meetings as required

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulations
• Previous experience working with students in early childhood through 8th grade
• Expertise in educational assessments and IEP development
• Interest or experience in working with students with diverse disabilities
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to professional excellence and continuous learning
