Warehouse Associate / Driver - $18-$20/hr DOE!

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Driver for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $18-$20/hr DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate/Driver to join our team. This role combines warehouse operations with driving duties to ensure the efficient handling and delivery of products both within our facility and to our customers. The right candidate will have a thorough understanding of warehouse procedures, strong organizational abilities, and experience operating equipment safely and effectively.
- Accurately monitor and manage inventory levels.
- Operate forklifts to move materials efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Perform order picking and packing to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
- Oversee shipping and receiving activities, verifying that all inbound and outbound shipments are correct and well-documented.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards to maintain a safe and productive workplace.
- Use the ERP system to track inventory, process orders, and manage warehouse operations.
- Assemble and secure pallets for shipment, ensuring all products are properly packaged for transport.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
- Provide assistance to customers at the service counter as needed.
Location: Evansville, IN
Schedule/Shift Details: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Skilled in using RF scanners for inventory management.
- Experience safely operating cherry pickers and cranes in a warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with AS400 or other Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
- Proficient in picking, packing, and order fulfillment processes.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures, including related documentation.
- Understanding of OSHA guidelines for warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.
