Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to obtain necessary approvals from business partners and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and qualify potential partnerships to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of business relationships within the company database.
• Provide administrative support to the Project Coordinator, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain strong relationships with partners.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, communication, and data management.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Handle a variety of customer service tasks, ensuring professionalism and attention to detail.
• Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on effective communication and problem-solving.
• Ability to type at a speed of 40+ words per minute with accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail in administrative tasks.
