Job Description
We are looking for a Territory Sales Representative in the Orange County, CA area within the construction and painting industry. This position will start on an hourly basis at $18/hr for training for a period of 4-6 weeks. After training, you will be commission only at 7% per deal. This OTE equates to 175K per year. Full disclosure - the current team are not salesman - so the ability to surpass the expected OTE is likely.
During training, you will have a gas stipend. If performance thresholds are hit, you will be given a car and vacation time. Again, these thresholds are based upon targets non-salesman hit. If you have B2B experience, your ability to surpass previous goals will come easily.
Responsibilities
- Generate add-on sales and self-gen leads in the field
- Drive outbound prospecting: presentations, cold calls, events, office visits
- Accurately estimate costs and timelines for painting & remodeling projects
- Deliver persuasive proposals that create urgency and close deals
- Build strong partnerships with businesses to generate ongoing work orders
- Use CRM tools for disciplined follow-ups and pipeline management
