Role: Production Supervisor
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (Flexible depending on experience)

2nd Shift Supervisor
The 2nd Shift Supervisor directly supports the company’s efforts to safely deliver quality products on time to customers. This role is responsible for managing hourly team members, coordinating production activities, and driving continuous improvement across operations. The supervisor plays a key role in promoting safety, quality, delivery, and operational efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Role model safety standards and behaviors.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products and processes.
- Foster a positive work environment and ensure open communication across teams and departments.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize production scheduling, asset utilization, and maintenance activities.
- Plan, assign, and direct employees to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with process documentation, company policies, and production timelines.
- Support workforce development through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Act as a change agent by challenging existing processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Experience in supervision, manufacturing, operations, or a related field
