Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do as a Mortgage Loan Officer

  • Pre-qualify and assess mortgage applicants by reviewing credit, financials, and documentation
  • Guide clients through the entire mortgage process from application to closing
  • Recommend appropriate loan programs based on client goals and financial profiles
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company lending regulations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and internal partners
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience to ensure repeat business and referrals


Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For

  • An active NMLS License is required
  • Proven experience closing residential mortgage loans
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based environment
