Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do as a Mortgage Loan Officer
- Pre-qualify and assess mortgage applicants by reviewing credit, financials, and documentation
- Guide clients through the entire mortgage process from application to closing
- Recommend appropriate loan programs based on client goals and financial profiles
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company lending regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and internal partners
- Deliver an exceptional client experience to ensure repeat business and referrals
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
- An active NMLS License is required
- Proven experience closing residential mortgage loans
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based environment
