<li>Evaluate patients’ physical conditions, mobility, strength, and functional limitations</li>
<li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments</li>
<li>Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery</li>
<li>Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention</li>
<li>Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulations</li>
<li>Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, safety protocols, and patient confidentiality (HIPAA)</li>
<li>Participate in discharge planning and patient outcome evaluations</li>
