We are seeking a Technical Product Sales Specialist to assist clients and exhibitors with technical questions and issues related to our lead retrieval products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a general knowledge of software and hardware. As a key representative of eShow, you will be a personable and professional onsite presence at conferences, events, and trade shows, serving as the first line of support and a direct point of sales.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Technical Support
- Identify, investigate, and resolve user problems with lead retrieval software and hardware.
- Field support inquiries via calls, chat, and email, collaborating with other staff as needed to find solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology innovations to better assist our clients.
- Perform hands-on tasks, including setting up, repairing, and updating various lead retrieval hardware.
Customer Service & Sales:
- Represent eShow's products and services, effectively communicating how our solutions meet customer needs.
- Generate new sales onsite at events and support online sales.
- Maintain strong working relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Create and maintain documentation for lead retrieval sales, including order forms and other essential materials.
Onsite Event Support
- Travel frequently, approximately 10-20 days per month, to provide onsite support at events.
- Professionally represent eShow at conferences, events, and trade shows.
- Be available to work weekends and long hours as needed, and perform physical tasks such as lifting and pulling equipment up to 50 pounds.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and pleasant demeanor.
- Ability to clearly explain technical issues to both technical and nontechnical individuals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- The ability to quickly learn new computer hardware and software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively under deadlines.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work a flexible schedule.
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- Experience in technology sales and/or customer service, especially within the event industry.
- Certifications such as Network+ or A+ are a plus.
- Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or other relevant field.
Requirements:

- Physical: Ability to sit and stand for long periods, pull/push equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay:

$38,000 - $42,000 per year, with potential for annual raises (bi-weekly pay).
