About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Entry Clerk to join our team. As an Order Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering purchase orders on to customer accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Printing out orders (via email)
- Entering orders in a timely manner
- Order Invoicing
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 60 words per minute
