Seeking dedicated, reliable BCBAs for our Case Supervisor position at AG Behavioral Services, a northern New Jersey ABA therapy agency. At AG Behavioral Services, we love what we do and we are seeking full-time candidates that are just as passionate about ABA.

We provide in-home ABA therapy to clients throughout Bergen, Hudson, and Passaic counties. We also support clients in public and private school programs, summer camps, and during community outings.

BCBA/Case Supervisor Position is a hybrid model that offers in person and telehealth opportunities.

Case Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Training and direct supervision of behavior technicians and RBTs on a weekly basis
  • Direct supervision of clients on a weekly, bi-weekly basis
  • Providing direct support, mentorship and supervision to the Program Coordinators/BCBA Candidates
  • Conduct evaluations of BT, RBTs, and Program Coordinators
  • Collaborate with schools and other outside providers (e.g., check in meetings, IEP meetings, etc.)
  • Perform client assessment with the clinical team and assist in writing authorization reports
  • Provide parent training in-person and via telehealth with the clinical team
  • Participate in team meetings in person every 8-10 weeks
  • Meet with Senior level BCBAs for client support and continued mentorship on a weekly basis via telehealth
  • Work from home opportunities (e.g., consults with clinical team, reviewing authorization reports and other clinical documents, assisting the PCs with paperwork, telehealth consults, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Driver's License and car;
  • Master’s Degree and hold a BCBA Certificate for at least 1 year
  • Experience working with a variety of different behaviors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
  • Reliability and willingness to minimize cancellations of supervisions
