An innovative SaaS organization is transforming healthcare communication through a HIPAA-compliant two-way texting and analytics platform. Trusted by leading healthcare systems and HR teams, they improve patient engagement, streamline employee communication, and drive more efficient operations.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on marketing leader to own demand generation, brand positioning, thought leadership, and customer marketing. This role is high-impact and execution-heavy: we need someone who can set strategy, but also roll up their sleeves and deliver campaigns, content, and metrics consistently.
Note: While titled Director of Marketing, we’re open to considering VP-level candidates if the fit is right.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and execute B2B demand generation campaigns across content, SEO/SEM, paid media, email, PR, and social.
- Track the entire funnel (impressions → pipeline), using data and analytics to optimize performance.
- Partner with leadership on annual marketing planning, go-to-market strategy, and messaging.
- Lead and mentor a small team of internal staff and external resources.
- Manage the marketing budget with focus on ROI.
- Develop thought-leadership content (blogs, PR columns, case studies, whitepapers).
- Create sales enablement tools (case studies, presentations, competitive decks).
- Drive product marketing launches and translate features into clear client-facing value.
- Collaborate with Customer Success on retention/upsell campaigns and partner co-marketing.
- Lead tradeshow, event, and webinar strategy, from planning to ROI analysis.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with healthcare/health tech experience.
- Proven demand generation and ABM experience that translates to pipeline growth.
- Excellent writing and content development skills across formats.
- Proficiency with marketing automation, AI tools, CRM, and analytics dashboards (Wix + Zoho are a bonus).
- Strong SEO/SEM and data-driven campaign optimization skills.
- Experience managing small teams and freelancers.
- Ability to switch seamlessly between high-level strategy and tactical execution.
Compensation:
- Base salary: $100k-$110k + benefits
