We are seeking a Branch Coordinator! The primary function of this position is to deliver high-quality service to our members. The successful candidate is a dynamic individual capable of self-motivation in an independent work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Establish new member relationships
- Retain and develop the relationship with existing members
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately while assessing additional needs of the member
- Provide account servicing, maintenance and problem solving in accordance with established procedures and regulations
- Promote benefits of self-service banking to include ATMs, online banking and mobile banking
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in financial services, or other related fields
- Knowledge of common banking practices
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent oral / written communication skills
