We are excited to announce an opportunity for Family Medicine Faculty Physicians to become part of our dedicated team in Janesville, Wisconsin! The compensation for this role ranges from $285,000 to $350,000.

Opportunity Overview

As a core faculty member in our 21-resident program, you will play a vital role in educating and preparing the next generation of physicians. We are committed to tailoring your responsibilities to align with your strengths and interests. Your duties will include:

• Precepting Residents: Teaching and mentoring residents in both clinical and hospital settings (50% of your time).
• Clinical Practice: Providing patient care in our residency clinic (30% of your time).
• Administrative & Curriculum Development: Engaging in program administration and curriculum development (20% of your time).
• Participating in comprehensive inpatient, outpatient, procedural care, nursing home, and women's health services.
• Access to well-established medical student education opportunities.
• Utilizing EPIC EMR for efficient patient management.
• Collaborating with a wide range of multi-specialty referral sources.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A genuine passion for teaching residents and medical students in both didactic and clinical environments.
• Previous experience as faculty in an accredited residency or fellowship program is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in a relevant specialty.
• MD/DO board certified or board eligible.
• Exceptional patient care skills.
• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative spirit.
