Job Details:

• Contracted to ED unit specifically to care for inpatient/CICU Level holds in Emergency Department
\n• 2 years of experience required with strong PCU background within the last year
\n• ED experience preferred but not required
\n• First-time travelers accepted with EPIC experience and 2 years experience
\n• Every other weekend requirement
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS, EKG test on arrival
\n• Patient ratio experience of 4:1
\n• Must have experience managing and titrating drips including Lasix, Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitroglycerin, Integrillin, Labetalol, Dopamine, and Dobutamine
\n• Care for patients with chest pain, syncope, heart failure, sepsis, overdose, GI bleed, COPD, pneumonia, and overflow medical, surgical, trauma, oncology, and orthopedic patients
\n• Manage patients post-catheterization with stent, ICD/pacer insertions, and cardioversions
\n• Work with specialized equipment including BiPAP, CPAP, Vapotherm, Alaris pumps, and Phillips monitoring systems
\n• Epic charting experience preferred
\n• New Hampshire state license required
\n• Drug screen must be completed within 14 days of start date
\n• Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only
