Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Self-Perform Concrete Project Manager to lead complex concrete operations on large-scale infrastructure and building projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in concrete construction and a passion for hands-on project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of self-perform concrete work including excavation, formwork, rebar installation, pouring, and finishing.
Develop and execute detailed work plans, schedules, and budgets for concrete scopes.
Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of concrete operations with other trades.
Oversee quality control and safety compliance across all concrete activities.
Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and labor for concrete work.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to field teams and foremen.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve constructability issues.
Track productivity and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing self-perform concrete work on large construction projects.
Proven ability to lead field teams and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Strong knowledge of concrete materials, methods, and equipment.
Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
