Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania or compact state
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ recent experience in a Level III or IV NICU setting
- Current BLS and NRP certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments and integrate quickly with dynamic teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced care to critically ill neonates using leading evidence-based practices
